Do you have a house in Ireland that was rented out at any time between 1 January – 31 December 2016?

Regardless of where you now live or if the property is profitable or not for tax purposes – you are still required to submit an Irish tax return for 2016 to declare rental profit/loss to the Irish tax authorities.
